We believe that clear communication helps to achieve optimum performance levels. We encourage people to take ownership of strategies and initiatives and are committed to a culture of empowerment. Current communication strategies include: weekly group sales meetings, a monthly business review meeting, regular appraisals and strategic planning meetings.
Appraisals -
Six monthly appraisal - Intended as an important opportunity to analyse performance and to discuss career objectives and aspirations. We also look at training and development objectives and agree six monthly targets and objectives.
Yearly Personal Development Plan - A one to one in depth discussion of personal performance and objectives and the agreement of clear performance and promotion criteria.
Monthly business review - The purpose of this review is to look at day to day strategies and to facilitate the continued development of the particular business division. It is intended to provide a level of support and to act as a "sounding board" for helping you to achieve mutually agreed targets and objectives.
Strategic Planning -
We hold a yearly strategic planning conference to assess business performance and set out development objectives for the coming year. As a management control, we have recently introduced a quarterly review of our yearly business plan to ensure its overall effectiveness.
