At Harvey Lawrence we are always striving to be better and recognise training as a very important tool in continued improvement and staff retention. We have a planned programme of investment in training.
External Training- all our consultants study for the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) qualifications.We are forward thinking in that we are currently looking at allowing our people to study for the recently launched degree in Recruitment. In addition we offer external courses via established recruitment training organisations.
Internal Training - we hold regular internal training courses in the form of group workshops and one to one training. All consultants have a yearly development plan and training issues are flagged up regularly.
