&lt;br&gt;Two roles have been created for Customer Liaison Officers on a reactive maintenance framework contract for the London area. Successful candidates will perform a mobile role, meeting end user customer to discuss and resolve any complaints they may have arising from maintenance works carried out, and will often be dealing with members of the public in their own homes. 
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;While experience in construction or utilities would be valuable, the Customer Liaison Officer can come from any customer service background. Candidates must have experience in a face-to-face complaints handling role, whether complaints-handling was the sole function of the role or part of an all-encompassing customer service role. In this post, candidates will typically have their first introduction to any customer following the receipt of a complaint and must be confident, self-reliant, able to think on their feet, and be a good problem-solver. The Customer Liaison Officer will be required to handle complaints initially on the telephone and therefore experienced in a fast-paced telephone orientated environment - a call centre for example - would be beneficial. However, candidates must also have face-to-face customer management experience as this is a vital part of the role.

&lt;br&gt;The Customer Liaison Officer will also be required to attend meetings with Local Authorities and clients, and will be required to follow-up on complaints to ensure resolution, including investigating where issues may have arisen and helping to find long-term solutions where appropriate

The Site Administrator will need to be able manage a reception desk in addition to carrying out admin duties such as taking and transcribing minutes, issuing drawings, uploading drawings to a web-based document database,  and carrying out general site admin tasks. The Site Administrator should possess a  good standard of computer literac, , in particular a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Candidates should be organised and efficient and able to communicate effectively face-to-face, over the phone and using the written word. Candidates will ideally have experience in the construction industry, either in an office or a site based role, and will understand the needs of a busy construction team
