Resourcer: Job Details
A professional recruitment consultancy, operating successfully in the construction market, is seeking a proactive Resourcer to identify and attract candidates for the West Midlands region. Based in Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire, the Resourcer will work closely with a company director to fill permanent and temporary vacancies and will be responsible for advertising vacancies, database searching, search-and-selection and candidate interviewing where appropriate. Candidates must possess an excellent telephone manner and be aware of the need for discretion in a competitive job market. The Resourcer will have the benefit of both an in-house database and on-line candidate generation tools, and someone with imagination and creativity would also be able to identify new methods of candidate identification. The ideal candidate will already have some experience working in a recruitment environment, either as a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant.
