Lead / Chief Estimator - Civils / Utilities: Job Details
Details:
An excellent opportunity has arisen at one of the North West's leading privately owned civil engineering contractors who are now seeking to strengthen their Estimating team with the appointment of a Lead / Chief Estimator.
Duties:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, as Lead / Chief Estimator, you will drive the Estimating team and support the regional business in securing work within the region. This is a senior position and will involve assessing the tender documentation, producing accurate/competitive net costs, leading presentations to colleagues and clients and development of the team.
The Candidate:
It is imperative that you come from a strong civil engineering background and ideally have some knowledge of the utilities market. You should have demonstrable experience of working as a Senior Estimator in this environment and have a working knowledge of Causeway or a similar estimating programme.
Remuneration:
Basic salary is at market rate in the £50k to £60k range. For full details of the benefits package please contact me directly.
