Design Manager: Job Details
The Manchester office of a national contractor is looking for a Design Manager to undertake relevant duties on a £30m scheme in Manchester. The ideal candidate will hold a construction-related degree and have some engineering experience in their early construction career, diversifying into design management later. This person will be the sole design manager on a large project and will need to be a strong people-manager with excellent organizational skills, in addition to effective communication abilities, and will be able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the entire build process.

The company operates from regional offfices and is active throughout England and Wales in various market sectors including Hotel & Leisure, Commercial, Retail and Residential Apartments.
