Recruitment Consultant: Job Details
A professional recruitment consultancy, operating successfully in the construction market, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to run a temp / freelance desk supplying managerial and engineering staff to the construction industry. The role will including calling existing clients as well as expanding the database with new contacts, identifying and interviewing candidates, finding vacancies and matching them to appropriately experienced and qualified candidates, rate negotiation and administering ongoing temporary contracts. The role would best suit a hard-working consultant who is used to a fast-moving desk and has some experience in a temporaries market, ideally ina technical sector.
The company is well-established in the North West and over the last 12 months has forged very strong links with the Midlands construction market. A reputation for professional service and attention to detail has been built up through hard work and dedication to providing a true recruitment consultancy service.
