Admin Assistant Part- Time: Job Details
A Cheadle Hulme based recruitment consultancy is seeking to add a Part-Time Admin Assistant to it's staff, to work either 3 full days or 5 half days in it's head office. The role will be general admin support to the sales and management team, including:
Keeping up-to-date vacancy lists
Ensuring the website vacancies are current
Preparing relevant paperwork for consultant meetings
Formatting of candidate CVs
Database administration
Invoice requests
Preparation and issue of payment confirmations
Managing meeting rooms
Sending out and receiving timesheets
Scanning and emailing
Maintaining up-to-date file archives
General admin duties
Checking of Expense Forms
Maintenance of Reception Area and meeting rooms
Record and maintain stationary supplies
