Site Manager: Job Details
A freelance Site Manager is required for an ongoing contract to manage the construction of a £7m steel-framed building in Stoke-on-Trent. The role requires a positive, considered approach and someone who is very conscientious about health and safety. Experience managing similar schemes before, particularly for public sector bodies, would be extremely beneficial. Candidates will need to have a valid CSCS Card, a 5-day SMSTS certificate or equivalent and a current First Aid Qualification.
The client is one of the region's largest privately owned contractors and has an excellent reputation operating successfully in various secotrs including public and private sectors.
Applications are invited from suitably experienced and qualified site managers available for a mid-September start
