Project Manager: Job Details
The northern office of a national contractor is looking for a Project Manager to oversee construction of a £9m city centre hotel, on a logistically challenging site, in Manchester. Candidates must be in possession of at least a Bachelor's degree in a construction related discipline and have shown a steady progression, ideally with some time spent developing practical engineering skills, in a main contractor setting. Initially reporting to the Midlands office as the North West region is re-established, the Project Manager should be someone who is looking to grow personally and professionally with the role and the company.

The company operates from regional offices and is active throughout England and Wales in various market sectors including Hotel & Leisure, Commercial, Retail and Residential Apartments.
