Site Manager: Job Details
An experienced Site Manager is required to join a Birmingham based main contractor, to take responsibility for a £1.5m commercial project near Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will have a proven history running schemes from £1m-£5m with full site responsibility. The scheme is on a 40-week programme and is due on site in early July 2010. Candidates should be from a stable career background ideally with well-established contractors in the Midlands area and should also be up to date in terms of site certificates and qualifications, and must hold a valid CSCS card, CITB 5-Day or SMSTS safety certificates and a First Aid certificate.
