Contracts Manager: Job Details
The Manchester office of a national contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to lead the region and help to win new work up to £30m in build value. This role would suit a candidate currently working as a Contracts Manager or a Construction or Build Manager, if that candidate has ambition and the drive to succeed. The role is very much seen as one which would suit someone looking to develop over the next two to three years into a regional directorship, and as such requires a self-starter with proven ability running a business unit for a main contractor. This is viewed as a career role and applications are therefore invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates who can demonstrate a steady and stable career history and a background overseeing multiple projects over £10m.

The company operates from regional offices and is active throughout England and Wales in various market sectors including Hotel & Leisure, Commercial, Retail and Residential Apartments.
