Site Manager: Job Details
A site manager is required for a new build social housing site in Staffordshire. The role would suit a main contracting site manager with some housebuilding experience or, conversely, a house-building site manager with experience managing external programmes and working with external clients. There are potentially three roles across the county, and candidates must have the CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certirficate all up to date. The site manager will report to a contracts manager and will be responsible for on-site operations and all relevant paperwork. Candidates should also have experience of successfully managing external client relationships.
