Senior Quantity Surveyor: Job Details
A vacancy for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor has arisen within the Building Division of a Birmingham-based main contractor. Projects will typically range up to £3m and the company are seeking a person who can help to develop this area of their overall business. The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior commercial role at Midlands contractor working in this sector and is happy to be involved in both surveying and pricing duties. Currently, the role is being covered by the Regional Director and this would then become the direct reporting route for the role. Currently there is one job on site, a retail scheme in Birmingham. The role offers the opportunity for development to Managing Surveyor and responsibility for the division.
