Senior Estimator - Build: Job Details
A Senior Estimator with both traditional and D&B contracting experience is required to join a North West-based main contractor. The successful candidate will be able to assist in other areas of the pre-construction process and have a positive, can-do attitude. A background with regional main contractors is essential as he or she will need to be able to hit the ground running in a busy estimating department. The role will report to the Managing Estimator and above that position to the Managing Director, and will work alongside another Senior Estimators with two other estimators in the team. Knowledge of the Conquest estimating software system is essential, as is good IT-literacy in general. A stable and steady career history is preferred, ideally tendering for Health, Education, Residential and Local Authority schemes.
