Project Manager - Build: Job Details

A permanent vacancy has arisen for a Project Manager with multi-sector experience in the build market, with a proven main contractor background running schemes up to £25m. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong ability to manage both the client relationship and the sub-contractor relationship, and someone who is adept at driving sub-contractors' performance on fast-track schemes. Candidates should have significant experience in both new build and refurbishment schemes, and ideally have worked on major construction bids also. The role would suit someone with a stable career history working with top 20 main contractors in the Midlands, and someone who is driven and motivated to deliver high quality construction schemes. Candidates with varied skillsets will be at an advantage in this role as the company has recently secured three new projects including a £25m new build and a large shell-and-core scheme. The company has been successful in work winning recently and is well-positioned to continue in a similar vein through 2012.

The company is highly respected and well-established in the construction industry, having been operating successfully across various sectors for over two decades. With divisions specializing in every aspect of building, this is a company which is able to tailor construction solutions to meet its clients' needs and is focused on delivering excellence in quality and service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a steady career background and relevant experience in a similar role to join a secure, stable, and growing company and will receive a very competitive rewards package and be able to take advantage of a genuine career opportunity.
