Project Manager: Job Details
The Birmingham office of a national contractor is looking for a Project Manager to run a £5m factory refurbishment. Long-term , this role is for the Birmingham regional office therefore candidates should have a Midlands base. Ideally degree-qualified and with a practical building background, candidates will also need to be highly professional in their outlook and their career history should be dominated by work with main building contractors. Some experience of industrial refurb schemes over £3m would be very advantageous.

The company operates from regional offices and is active throughout England and Wales in various market sectors including Hotel & Leisure, Commercial, Retail and Residential Apartments.
