Senior Quantity Surveyor - Care Home: Job Details
My client has been operating as a leading construction contractor for over 50 years and operates from regional offices across the UK. They have recently secured future workload on a number of framework agreements.
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in the West Midlands running projects up to £10 million. The chosen candidate must have new build experience within Health and Extra care.
They are looking for a dynamic individual who can take a scheme from inception to completion, fulfilling the role of an experienced Senior Surveyor. They will be knowledgeable in CVR's, sub-contract procurement and have the ability to negotiate from early tender stage.
This is an independent role where the candidate will be given the opportunity to make their own decisions and ideally they will have experience within sustainability.
It is desirable that the successful candidate has a BSC Hons, either in Quantity Surveying or holds an equivalent qualification.
My client is offering a very attractive financial package to the right candidate between the value of £45,000 - £55,000 + package. The candidate will be joining a growing business, offering potential career progression based on the companies and the individual's performance.
