Details:
An experience main contractor's Contracts Manager is required to join the Manchester office of a large national builder. A steady and stable background within blue-chip contractors would provide the right grounding for candidates applying for this role. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Contracts Manager will oversee up to four projects simultaneously, largely in the education sector. Schemes typically range from £4m to £20m and can be D&B or traditional contracting. Candidates can be from either a trades or academic background but must have previous experience in a similar role
