Proposals Cordinator - Build: Job Details
A Proposals Co-ordinator is required to join the Manchester office of an established main contractor. The role will operate in conjunction with the business development and estimating functions of the business to insure all information relevant to tender submissions, including PQQs and other sources, is correctly issued, received and collated in a timely fashion to facilitate successful bidding. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the tendering process and be able build good internal and external relationships. A main building contracting background is not essential
A relatively young company, this D&B contractor is nevertheless firmly established particularly in the residential rooms market and can boast a turnover in the region of £100m and a portfolio of projects around the UK. The company has a good deal of experience with both public and private sector clients and operates in sectors as diverse as retail, cutting edge sports facilities as well as residential apartments and student accommodation.
