Face-to-Face Recruitment At Harvey Lawrence, we conduct the recruitment process in a face-to-face manner with both candidates and clients. We believe this is the only way to develop a trusting relationship with our candidates and gain a true insight into their work experience and career aspirations. We also focus on meeting all our clients to understand their business requirements and develop relationships based on mutual respect and understanding.
No mass mailing We believe that the best interests of the client and candidate are not served by conducting any mass mailing of candidate details. We are recognised for our objection to this all too common practice which devalues and compromises the recruitment industry.
