I work within the Support Team and ensure that our compliance and payroll meets our high standards and that our processes are maintained.
Clare Bellingham
Compliance and Payroll Manager
I am responsible for payroll and compliance which involves extensive checking and reporting. Compliance and reporting has been the mainstay of my experience, both in the UK and Australia.
Originally from the West Midlands, I returned home from Australia in 2018 and joined Harvey Lawrence. I was attracted to the business as it was clear to me that compliance is considered a priority and I felt the role would be well-suited to my skillsets.
My time in Australia has given me a more rounded experience of business, particularly in terms of learning to work with Government state regulations in a different continent.
