You will be working for a major construction brand in their site offices located in the Stafford area. Duties will include answering the phone, overseeing the diary and general meeting and greeting visitors to the site and providing general refreshment. Those who have worked in a similar environment are of particular interest however this is not essential.
Skills / Experience:
General Admin experience
A good telephone manner
An ability to build rapport
Those who have worked in the construction sector are of particular interest but this is not essential. If you have knowledge of 4projects or a similar software systems such as Asite or Sharepoint this would also be of particular interest however again it is not essential.
The role really requires someone to cover the reception desk, answer all calls and provide admin support for the project team.
