The successful Administrator will be supporting a busy construction team from their head offices in Manchester. You will be working with a growing team of construction professionals assisting with the smooth running of the office. This company has been operating for over 20 years and has a very successful turn over of circa £150 million each year. You will be working within a dynamic and professional environment and those with the ability to carry out the following duties are encouraged to apply.
Duties will include:
*To collate and prepare information packs for various client/contractor meetings and start on site.
*Printing, photocopying and scanning
*Uploading and downloading documentation to their in-house document management system
*Ensure documentation and drawings are recorded/distributed to all construction staff as required.
*You will be liaising with the project team assisting them put presentations together, booking meetings rooms and producing reports
*Ordering stationary for the office and any other necessary supplies
*Booking meeting rooms / setting it up and clearing after meetings
*Take meeting minutes at weekly team meeting
*Assist account team with general admin
*Answering the phone in a polite and professional manor
Skills / Experience:
Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Those who have knowledge of administering BIM compliant projects are highly desirable, but this is not a essential requirement
Experience in document control is preferable also
Good with time management and attention to detail
Those with initiative and an ability to be self-managing are also highly desirable
Can meet deadlines and produce quality work
