Assistant Quantity Surveyor opportunity working with a well known and established regional contractor in the North West.

The Opportunity

Working with an expanding and stable construction brand in the North West who have built a strong foothold in the high rise residential and accommodation market with project values up to and in excess of £100m. In this role you will be working in the preconstruction and site set up site of the business and working directly with company directors. This company is known for developing its staff and helping them to take further career steps with a low level of staff turnover. The day to day duties of this role will include measurements & re-measurements, valuations, financial reporting and cost plans, working in an office based role in Liverpool.

Skills and Experience

We are looking to speak with Assistant Quantity Surveyor who have experience working with main contractors within the construction industry. Ideal candidates will have a solid knowledge of measurements and cost planning. It would be advantageous to have worked on projects through the preconstruction and site set up phases and understand design drawings. Candidates will also need to have strong communication skills as you will be liaising with directors on a daily basis.
