Freelance Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Foreman - 3 months - Stoke-on-Trent area - New build housing - Start Monday 9th May

Working on a new build housing project you will be overseeing the onsite day to day delivery helping to work through the internal finishes of a number of units at a time. Ensuring that onsite health, safety and quality standards are followed. Duties will include organising the team to return to properties to fix outstanding snagging and defect issues.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who have worked in similar role with new build housing
Must hold SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid accreditations.
