Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager with ref.

Freelance Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager position - 4 weeks + - Wolverhampton - working with an established residential contractor on a new build project.

This Assistant Site Manager role will see you working with an onsite Project Manager taking control of the day to day site delivery and overseeing the onsite trades, labour and subcontractors. We are looking for a strong onsite lead who is able to drive and motivate the team whilst keeping high standards of health, safety and quality. Helping to push the onsite finishes and work towards CML. This role is suited to a hands on manager who is happy working out in the field with the onsite team and when needed don't mind fixing minor snags themselves. This role is initially for 1 month but there is a strong potential for ongoing work.

This role will require a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification.
