This leading housing contractor has an impressive portfolio of work booked in for the Midlands area for the foreseeable future and are looking to expend their team with two new Assistant Site Managers / Site Managers. If you have experience in the housing sector working on new build developments, then we are keen to hear from you. This company has a UK turnover of over £1billion and initial schemes are booked in for the Wolverhampton, Staffordshire and Birmingham areas. This opportunity is open to both experienced and less experienced site managers. If you have a dynamic personality with passion for the work you do then you will succeed within this company. Skills / Experience:

*You must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role with a proven history of working on new build housing projects either as a number 2 on larger developments or as an Assistant.
*Driving Licence will be essential for this role.
*CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid all essential
