Contracts Manager opportunity working with a leading regional contractor as part of their small work division working on refurbishment and fit out project up to the value of £5m.

The Opportunity

In this role you will be overseeing and supporting project teams across multiple schemes in the North West division with up to 3 or 4 live projects at one time. Working on projects from bid, design, pre-construction and onsite delivery. This role will also see you working closely with clients helping to build strong relationships. This could be your opportunity to join a well-known, established and financially stable regional contractor who boast a longstanding history or reliability, this role will offer job security.

Skills and Experience

This role would be suited to an experienced Contracts Manager coming from a main contractor background with experience leading multiple projects at one time. We are looking for people with a proven background overseeing multiple projects. This role will suit someone who is able to lead onsite teams, helping to motivate and drive the program.
