A newly created Contracts Manager vacancy with an established regional contract who have been present in the North West construction Market for over 80 years. Working in the Civil Engineering and Groundworks sectors this successful brand is looking to add to its North West team.

The Opportunity

Joining and established team you will be working across the North West, Cheshire and North Wales region with responsibility for approximately 6 live project at a time. You will be taking responsibility these projects working closely with the onsite team and end clients to build strong relationships. Working with an extensive client including a variety of businesses including pharmaceutical, petrochemical, food processing, agricultural, recycling and industrial with project values up to and in excess of £1m.

Skills and Experience

We are looking to speak with experience Contracts Managers coming from a stable contractor background in the civil engineering and groundwork sectors of the construction industry. This role will be suited to a proactive manager who is able to motivate onsite teams to help achieve successful delivery. It would be benefitable to have achieved a degree in Civil Engineering but this is not a requirement.
