Skills & Experience
As Contracts Manager you will have the experience to deliver projects within programme and to a high standard. You will have the experience to develop strong working relationships with the site team, sub-contractors and client alike. You will have a good understanding of commercials in order to manage budget and control costs, be able to carry out audits and identify and report back to the Director on any potential commercial risks.
A strong understanding and background on Health & Safety, Environmental, CDM and statutory regulations is essential.
Skills and Experience
*Experience of working in a similar role managing a number of projects concurrently up to circa £5m
*Proven ability of working in a similar role
*Strong understanding of CDM, Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation is essential
*Ability to read and interrogate construction drawings
*ACIOB/MCIOB or ONC/HNC in Construction
*Ability to travel as and when required
