As Contracts Manager you will be reporting to a Construction Director and will have multi-site responsibility. This company believes strongly in promoting from within and expect their Contract Managers to take an interest in their Junior Team Members and provide support and assist in development wherever possible.
The Role and Responsibilities
Duties will include effective management and delivery of multiple contracts, ensuring programme requirements are met whilst working in line with Company objectives. You will need manage contracts closely to ensure targets are met in respect of safety, time, cost and quality. The ability to build, develop and grow relationships is essential.
Skills and Experience
Main contractor experience would be of benefit as would the experience of working on social housing projects.
SMSTS desirable but not essential
Experience of multi-site responsibility
