Working with a regional main contractor with a long standing history you will be joining a creative, innovative and multi disciplined company.

The Opportunity

Joining this company as Design Manager you will be working as the design lead on projects from £5m to £25m including high rise residential, commercial, retail, extra care and medical projects including both new build and refurbishment. Working from the regional office you will be overseeing and managing the design of multiple projects working closely with the team reporting into the Design Director. Working within a growing award winning business who have a low turnover of staff and are known for rewarding members of the team for there hard work and dedication.

Skills & Experience

This role will suit a Design Manager who has experience working with in a similar role taking a lead role within a construction main contractor. Experience and knowledge with Asta Power Project, Revit and CAD will be an advantage but are not a requirement. This role will offer future progression opportunities so will suit a driven individual who is looking for a career move where they can build on the experience and knowledge there already have within a rewarding working environment.
