Design Manager opportunity working with one of the UK's leading and most recognisable construction brands. Working from the North West office on residential refurbishment projects.

The Opportunity

You will be working for a leading main contractor from their regional office in the North West overseeing project in the North West and at time Midlands region. This role will see you working from stage one of large tenders, agreeing contract sums and all general pre-construction work need alongside the internal bid team. Working on projects through all 'front end' end duties including pre-construction and taking the project through to onsite delivery and completion. The ideal candidate will have previous main contractor experience and be able to take control from stage one.

Skills & Experience

This role would suit a seasoned Design Manager or Senior Design Manager with pre-construction and bid experience. Please note our client is especially interested in talking to those with maintenance or refurbishment/facade experience of high rise projects.
