Design Manager opportunity to work on major framework contracts with a well established main contractor in the Manchester region.

The Opportunity

You will be working in a brand new department within this multi regional contractor who have shown strong year on year growth. They have won some excellent projects off the back of a major framework contract and now they have an opening for a Design Manager to join their team managing all aspects of the design stages on educational projects. Working from their brand new offices in Manchester you will be both office and site based and report into the Principal Design Manager.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for experienced Design Manager who have a stable main contractor background working within the construction industry. We are looking for candidates who have worked in both an on site and pre-construction capacity. It would be an advantage to have experience working on educational builds.
