The Opportunity

Joining this company as Design Manager you will be working as the design lead on projects from £5m to £50m+ including high rise residential, commercial, retail, extra care education and medical projects including both new build and refurbishment. Working from the regional office you will be overseeing and managing the design of single or multiple projects working closely with the team reporting into the Design Director. Working within a growing business who have a low turnover of staff and are known for rewarding members of the team for there hard work and dedication.

Skills & Experience

This role will suit a Design Manager who has experience working with in a similar role taking a lead role within a construction main contractor.
