Design Manager - Tier 1 Contractor - Design Manager - Midlands - Projects £40m+

Working with a well-known established leading main contractor with a longstanding history, you will be joining a creative, innovative and multi-disciplined company with a successful track record in delivering high profile projects for both public and private sector clients

The Opportunity

As Design Manager, you will be working on projects up to £40m+ including residential, commercial, educational and defence projects. Working from the Midlands regional office, you will be overseeing and managing the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress working closely with the team reporting to the Senior Design Manager.

Skills & Experience

This role will suit a Design Manager who has experience working in a similar role within a construction main contractor. This role will offer future progression opportunities so will suit a driven individual who is looking for a career move where they can build on the experience and knowledge they already have within a rewarding working environment.

*Ideally have worked in a similar role within either a regional or national contractor
*Hold a relevant qualification - either Degree or HNC/HND
*Ideally hold Membership of an industry recognised professional institute
*Experience on both single and two stage tenders
