With exciting high-profile schemes confirmed in the North West area they are looking for a skilled Design Manager with both pre-construction and on-site design experience.
The opportunity:

Busy times ahead for this major contractor as they have confirmed work as well as tendering for projects ranging from £20 to £60m. This specific role will see you working on the final stages of a high specification cut and carve scheme in the city centre before moving onto a really interesting project working for a well-known Manchester brand. You will be required to work on the pre-construction phases before moving into a site-based role.

As well as an attractive salary you will receive car / car allowance, health care, pension and discretionary bonus.

As a well-known company they are experiencing growth in the North West and they are looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to cover a large value project in the fantastic city of Manchester. Working closely with the client to develop the project design of this large commercial and leisure scheme. Skills and Experience

* Previous main contractor experience
* Successful track record of working with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
* Excellent knowledge of key project processes such as design principles, management and construction processes. Those with tender, pre-con and on-site experience are highly desirable.
* Excellent IT skills
