An opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading tier 1 contractors in their expanding midlands region with realistic opportunities to progress to Senior Design Manager.

The Opportunity

Joining this busy midlands regional office working on projects including education, health care, private residential and commercial projects with project values ranging from £15m to £100m+. In this role you will be taking responsibility as the design lead on a project from inception through to completion reporting to the regional head of design. This role will see you working with one of the UK's most recognisable construction brands with realistic progression opportunities to Senior Design Manager.

Skills & Experience

This role will be suited to an experienced Design Manager coming from a stable main contractor background. Ideal candidates will have experience working as the lead on their own project. We are looking to speak to eager and driven individuals with a keen eye for detail.
