The Opportunity

Joining this busy North West regional office, this role will see you working with one of the UK's most recognisable construction brands on projects including education, public buildings, healthcare, leisure as well as frameworks with project values ranging from £3m to £60m+.

As Design Manager, you will be taking responsibility for the production of design programmes, design scopes, appointments, schedules to record progress, attending / chairing necessary meetings and workshops as well as ensuring the design is compliant to relevant legislation and technical requirements.

Skills & Experience

This role will be suited to an experienced Design Manager coming from a stable main contractor background. Ideally, candidates will have experience working as the lead on their own project with the ability to forge strong relationships with both the team and client representatives.
