Newly created Design Manager opportunity working with a highly successful and growing North West regional contractor. Taking the lead design role on high rise private residential projects valued from £25m to £100m+.

The Opportunity

Working with this established contractor you will be joining a construction brand which has seen stable year on year growth and due to this is now looking to at to its team. As Design Manager you will be the onsite design lead either overseeing multiple projects or on one larger scheme reporting to into a senior regional manager. On this initial project you will be overseeing 2 tower blocks valued at a combined circa £55m. This contractor is offering a very attractive salary and package including car / car allowance, pension and healthcare within a stable and growing business. They are committed to supporting and developing their employees and have a secured a strong order book of projects.

Skills and Experience

Our client is looking to speak with experienced Design Managers coming from a main contractor background. Experience working on high rise project is desirable. This role is suited to individuals who are methodical, conscientious, and organised. It is key you have strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
