Working with one of the UK's leading Tier 1 main contractors in the East Midlands region you will be joining a creative, innovative and multi-disciplined company.

The Opportunity

Joining this busy East Midlands regional office, this role will see you working with one of the UK's most recognisable construction brands on projects including education, public buildings, healthcare, leisure as well as frameworks with project values ranging from £10m to £100m+.

As Design Manager, you will be taking responsibility for the production of design programmes, design scopes, appointments, schedules to record progress, attending / chairing necessary meetings and workshops as well as ensuring the design is compliant to relevant legislation and technical requirements.

Working with this company will offer multiple progression opportunities taking steps towards senior design management roles and larger projects.

Skills & Experience

This role will be suited to an experienced Design Manager coming from a stable main contractor background. Ideally, candidates will have experience working as the lead on their own project from preconstruction through to onsite delivery with the ability to forge strong relationships with both the team and client representatives.

We are looking to speak to eager and driven individuals with a keen eye for detail.
