Design Manager required - up to 12 months - Bid to onsite delivery - Manchester area - £350 to £400 per day

Design Manager required for a new build multi-storey residential project in the Manchester area initially working on the bid phase of this project helping with cost engineering, feasibility and planning before then moving onto the delivery. Working with one of the UK largest and most well known contractors you will be working autonomously as the design lead on this project.

This role will require experience as a design lead from preconstruction through to onsite delivery and ideally experience in the new build sector.
