The Opportunity

Following consistent growth, this developer has established a strong team working on mixed use developments. Working from the Manchester Regional Office, you will be working on high-rise residential project circa £40m. You will be overseeing and managing the design and development and implementation of design proposals ensuring they meet all customer requirements.

Skills & Experience

This role will suit a Design Manager who has experience working in a similar role within a construction main contractor. This role will offer future progression opportunities so will suit a driven individual who is looking for a career move where they can build on the experience and knowledge they already have within a rewarding working environment.

* Ideally have worked in a similar role within either a regional or national contractor
* Hold a relevant qualification
* Up-to-date CSCS Card

You will need to have a driven attitude, work collaboratively with colleagues and tackle problems head-on sharing ideas and knowledge within the team.
