12 Month contract for a Document Controller - Sheffield - Those with Viewpoint / 4Proejcts experience are encouraged to apply today.

A forward thinking, civils giant requires Document Controller to manage the day to day running of a busy office and provide admin support to a large management team. Approximately 40 hours per week. You will be office based for the first 18 weeks before moving to a site location, a short drive away from Sheffield, for the remainder of the 12 months. Duties will include overseeing the drawings using Viewpoint and undertake any general admin duties for a large scheme that's is starting now! This company is a power house in the civil and construction sector and can offer a skilled document controller a 12-month contract!

Key requirements:

Managing the drawings using Viewpoint.
Document control experience is essential for this role. Those with 4Projects or Viewpoint experience are highly desirable as you will need to be able to hit the ground running using this particular software.
You may also be asked to attend to other general admin duties to support the site management team.
Those who have previous experience working for a main contractor / civils or engineering company are highly desirable and encouraged to apply today.

Skills and qualifications:

Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft and Viewpoint/ 4Projects
Good organisational skills
Good written and verbal skills
Document control experience is essential
Due to the location of the offices this role is more suited to those who hold a valid drivers licence.
