This scheme is seeking the skills, knowledge and experience of a Document Controller who can manage the document control and site admin on this hugely exciting 2 year scheme. For those who are available now, or will be in the next few weeks please contact our team today. Our client is looking for someone to work initially on a temporary basis with a view to taking them on permanent after an initial trial period of 2 months.
Duties will include:
*Maintain paper and computer-based document filing systems using Viewpoint / 4 Projects.
*Review and distribute documents to relevant departments.
*Maintain accurate paper and computer-based records
*Process responses to documents issued.
*Administer requests for information.
*Carry out other relevant duties site admin / secretarial duties as required.
Skills, Experience & Knowledge
Experience of working with either a main civil or construction company
Experience using document control software. However good knowledge of 4 Projects / Viewpoint is ideally preferred
Excellent IT skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
