Freelance Finishing Foreman / Working Foreman opportunity - Immediate Start - Work till the end of the year - finishing and snagging work on housing projects - £19 to £20 per hour

The Opportunity

Working between two residential housing project in the Greater Manchester area overseeing the internal snagging stages of these project. You will be responsible for liaising with subcontractors and onsite trades to oversee the completion and correction of internal finishes in preparation for hand over. You will also be expected to be hands on, complete more minor snags yourself such as minor paint work corrections and joinery issues etc. Working across two projects close to each other you will split your weeks as needed.

Skills and Experience

This role will require a hands on manager who is happy rolling up their sleeves and dealing with minor snags themselves. We are looking for candidates with experience working on residential housing project including the finishing and snagging stages.

You will require a current CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS
Ideally you will hold current first aid qualification through this is not a requirement.
