Freelance Finishing Foreman / Finishing Manager opportunity - Telford - 3 to 4 Months - Working on new build housing helping to resolve any outstanding issues on properties customers have moved into.

We are looking for an experience Finishing Foreman / Finishing Manager who has experience in the housing sector to join the team of this ongoing housing project. You will be working through snagging and defects on properties that have been sold and customers have moved into to close out all works. Working on this project you will be organising the trades and labor teams to return to properties to fix outstanding issues, our client is also interested in someone who is happy when required to deal with any minor snags themselves.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who have worked in similar role with housing industry experience
Must hold SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid accreditations.
