Finishing Manager - High specification finishes! Luxury new build scheme! East Midlands - February start until August 2020

The opportunity:
A leading main contractor in the East Midlands has a £20m + scheme that requires the expertise of a Finishing Manager. This luxury project is being finished to an incredibly high standard and therefore the right candidate must have a proven background with internal finishes. An eye for quality is essential. You must be able to pick up on the smallest of issues and ensure its resolved. This role has a Feb 2020 start and runs until August 2020. You will be reporting to a site based Project Manager who will need you to understand a high spec design.

Skills / Experience:

Main contractor background
Experience working on and managing schemes with high specification finishes
Those who have experience working on luxury developments such as high spec apartments, hotels or resorts are highly desirable.
