Freelance Finishing Foreman / Finishing Manager opportunity - Longbridge - 9 Months - Working on new apartments.

We are looking for an experience Finishing Foreman / Finishing Manager who has experience in the housing and residential sector to join the team of this ongoing apartment project. You will be working through snagging and defects these units and helping to finish off ready for customers to move in. Working on this project duties will include all finishing and organising the trades and labor teams to return to properties to fix outstanding issues.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who have worked in similar role with new build housing and apartments experience
Must hold SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid accreditations.
